That system worked: I recruited and developed over 20 MDRT qualifiers, including Court and Top of the Table members. In fact the first 11 advisors I recruited achieved Pacesetter 40, setting a foundation of excellence in our office. We went on to earn six consecutive Growth Awards and Oars Awards, as well as the Achievement Award twice. Additionally, I qualified for Forum eight times.
